しばらく、ecto を起動していなかったら、ecto 1.0.5.6 までアップデートが進んでいました。

- Updated Markdown formatting plugin to latest version

- Fixed some German localization issues (Egbert A. Friedrich).
- Fixed issue where saving older entry could affect an entry listed under a different account.
- Fixed cosmetic bug with date-time control.
- Fixed issue where preview would not convert linebreaks.
